Enter your search term in the box and click the pull-down menu to chose which fields to search. The default is all fields, but you can limit your search to the author, keywords, software name, or published year.
Click the browse button to view all of the software in the collection, the pull-down menu next the browse will determine how the software will be sorted.

Please note that the starred fields are required fields. The brief description should state what the software does in 1-3 sentences. For the category and programming language fields you can you the pull-down menu to see what categories and languages are already used in the collection if your software doesn't fit into one of these categories then please enter it into the adjacent box. The add additional keywords/authors buttons will place an additional field onto the submit form each time it is clicked. For the authors, the order is important (that is the first author is entered into the box with a 1 next to it, 2nd author with 2 etc...).

Here you have two options, you can either upload the file(s) individually, or upload all files together in an archive (if you have many documentation files, such as automatically generated doc files). If you upload an archive you will have an opportunity to add descriptions for those files in the next form screen.

This part of the form is the same as the documentation files.

Here you may enter the title and year of a publication that used this software, as well a link to your publication if it is available online. (if it is not available online you could put a link to the relevant pubmed entry).

Here you can enter information about yourself. An id number which you will need to modify your submission will be sent to your email. The text entered in the comments box will be sent in an email to the webmaster. If you run into any problems or have any requests you can enter them in the comments box.

Copy and Paste or type your entry id number in the text box on this screen. Then you will be presented with the submission screen again, only this time all the information you entered previously will be filled into the text boxes. To change a field you only need to change the text in the appropriate box. To delete what you had entered in a field (for example you want to remove one of the keywords) you only need to delete the text in the box, when you hit the update button it will be removed. When you upload a new version of a file with the same name the previous one will be overwritten by the new one.

Enter the entry id number here of the software entry you wish to delete here and your entire entry will be deleted. If you delete an entry by mistake please email the web amdiministrator and your entry will be restored from the last backup copy.
